My name is Kelly Morrow and I have lived on the Central Coast for over 15 years with my two sons. I began real estate about six years ago as a residential agent and evolved into a commercial agent. Commercial sales include vacant land purchase, land purchase for development, subdividing, or multi-family land purchases and/or projects. I have found commercial sales result in our community’s growth and produce change that benefits a whole. My clients have me research various properties for their usages in development, business relocations, or investment potential.
My skills lie in negotiating fair deals and maintaining an ethical environment. I believe that growth is always created when ethical principles are solid and the negotiating skills leave each party feeling fairly treated and represented. With these two strengths, I enjoy finding opportunities for each of my clients. There are new businesses arriving, building projects that are making room for retail shopping, more lease opportunities for dining and shopping, and industrial parks that will serve our workforce’s needs for storage, shipping, room to manufacture products. My client’s goals include building projects to encourage businesses to come here which results in a lower tax base, planning to build for affordable housing opportunities, and building up more areas in which a variety of shopping and entertainment are offered. I have knowledge in forming TIC groups, joint venture partnerships, investment property groups, and in building projects with the resources and current projects I am involved in now I feel qualified to guide you through your choice in real estate. I do NOT know it ALL, but I will guarantee to work with you and TOGETHER we will make choices that are best suited to your situation. I study the market and the economic forecasts and write reports for my clients who are in the process of buying or selling. I consider a success NOT when escrow CLOSES but when you CONTINUE to use your purchase/sale to meet the needs of our community, the needs of your immediate family, OR you have a vision to produce a project that could assist needs in the future.
