Rick Landis

Born and raised in Atascadero, Rick is the third generation of some of Atascadero's first settlers. As you can imagine, his heart and soul reside here on California's Central Coast. Aside from his family's heritage and 39 years as a native resident, his knowledge of the area is unrivaled. Rick was involved in the building industry for 15 years and has experienced the many trends that this market has been confronted with. Rick also spent many years as a marketing consultant and account executive in radio advertising. This experience enabled Rick to form an alliance with hundreds of the area's merchants, and has aligned him with the insight of the consumers and a realization of the local economy. Once Rick acquired his license, he did not hesitate to seek a desk at Ideal Mortgage. Branch owner Adam Alvarez was a former radio client, thus founding a sound professional relationship. Rick's decision was based on the degree of knowledge, professionalism, and ethics that he witnessed as Ideal's radio rep.
